It’s been a busy two days for Marion Cotillard who attended the ‘Newtopia’ press conference and ‘Brother And Sister’ premiere on Friday (May 20), and the photocall today (May 21) during the 2022 Cannes Film Festival.
The French actress wore Chanel – as we would expect – for each occasion.
Presenting the creation of content company Newtopia with film maker Cyril Dion and producer Magali Payen, Marion wore a Chanel Spring 2022 look.
I love the intricate woven details between each denim patch to give this dress a unique point of view.
A dress like this did need a layer, but I feel like the striped body of the shirt and beaded sleeves were at odds with each other in a part casual, part glam kinda way.
But I guess this works perfectly for Cannes.
For the midnight premiere of ‘Brother And Sister’ Marion wore a Chanel Resort 2023 bodysuit and silk muslin jacket.
I have a feeling some might not like this. Especially if you were hoping the same Haute Couture glamour which she served up last year.
Considering this was a midnight premiere with a lot less attention, and this feels more in tune with her personal style this worked perfectly. Plus I really liked this change of pace for this festival.
Today (May 21), Marion was back in the spotlight for her third Chanel dress which some might feel is more dressy than her premiere look.
The sparkling mini was brought back down to earth with the Chanel biker boots which I love for adding Marion’s style personality to the look.
