Rachel Brosnahan, Lea Michele and Julianne Hough attended the opening night of the new play ‘POTUS’ on Broadway held at The Shubert Theater on Saturday (May 1) in New York City.
Rachel Brosnahan opted for another cut-out look, this time from David Koma’s Pre-Fall 2022 collection.
As we all remember, Rachel’s style was elevated while promoting ‘The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel’ where we felt she was being more adventurous, which is why this latest look doesn’t come as a huge surprise to me.
I love the ombre fringed detail, but I think this look would’ve been more majestic in motion.
Sometimes the smallest detail can change the fortunes of a dress, as shown by Lea Michele who added a white lace bra with her Gabriela Hearst Fall 2021 white ribbed dress to add a touch more sensuality to her look.
I wouldn’t have had Julianne Hough down as a Proenza Schouler girl, but opted to wear this cut-out stretch-crepe maxi dress which feels like a Tracee Ellie Ross or Lily Aldridge look.
Keeping the styling simple was the right way to go.
