Chanel hosted a luncheon during the 2022 Tribeca Film Festival to celebrate the ‘THROUGH HER LENS: The Tribeca CHANEL Women’s Filmmaker Program.’
The mentorship program was created to provide a balance of industry support, artistic development, and funding for new and emerging U.S.-based female writers and directors of short-form narrative films.
One thing I love about Lucy Boynton is that she never follows trends.
She will have her retro moments and uber girly moments, but she’s yet to jump on the cut-out trend for example.
However, we’ve seen a lot of pink on the red carpet lately, so that could’ve inspired her to select this Chanel Resort 2023 pink fantasy cotton tweed jacket and jumpsuit.
This seems very appropriate for a girlie luncheon, but I wish we could see more of the jumpsuit underneath.
What I’m most thankful for is that her Chanel shoes blend into the black carpet.
Amandla Stenberg was also leaning into the girlishness of the colour pink wearing this Chanel Spring 2022 hand-knitted look which had a fresh air about it, with the accessories adding to the Elle Woods moment.
Zosia Mamet opted not to make this a trio of pink Chanel looks by rocking this Chanel Spring 2022 black, blue, green and red jacquard jersey dress which was better suited to her style.
French actress Rebecca Dayan served up this black and white printed Chanel Resort 2022 look which felt the most modern of this group, as it oozed metropolitan elegance.
