The ‘Jurassic World Dominion’ promo tour kicked off in Mexico City on Monday (May23) with director Colin Trevorrow, Bryce Dallas Howard, DeWanda Wise, and Jeff Goldblum attending a fan event held at the Cinepolis Oasis.
Bryce Dallas Howard wore an Alex Perry Dane gown which I only like for the colour, as I don’t find the plunge on this dress all that flattering on her.
Also opting for bold shoulders was her co-star DeWanda Wise, who wore a Lanvin Fall 2022 dress you should be well familiar with now, as we’ve seen it on Maggie Gyllenhaal (on the same day in black), and Noomi Rapace.
I’m surprised this dress is so popular that it was worn three times within a week.
Casadei shoes completed her look.
As always, Jeff Goldblum is the moment. He’s so damn cool. He could’ve held this promo tour all by himself.
The next stop was London on Friday (May 27), where the group was joined by Mamoudou Athie and Laura Dern for the photocall.
I’m sure you can already guess that Mamoudou Athie was wearing Etro, by his paisley shirt alone.
Some might feel that this shade of green is a bit Fall-like, but I adore this rich hue and his approach to the red carpet appears effortless.
I can’t say that I’m the biggest fan of Bryce Dallas Howard’s style, but this Alex Perry cut-out neon-green fitted dress made me take notice – how could I not?
Even she has to lessen the brightness of this dress with shades.
Laura Dern wore a Stella McCartney Fall 2022 dress which is totally different to a version we saw on the runway – or she has it on back-to-front. I’m going with the former.
DeWanda Wise selected her second look from Lanvin. On this occasion the dress took on a more playful flare with its metallic dots, flared hemline and mini length.
Black patent leather platform heels by Casadei completed her look.
Jeff Goldblum. Again. Is a whole mood. This is my favourite look from him for this promo tour.
Staying in Europe, the cast attended the Cologne photocall in Germany on Saturday (May 30).
Mamoudou Athie opted to continue to select from Italian label’s with bold signatures. This time he wore a Missoni look which featured the brand’s iconic zig-zag motif.
I was very intrigued by DeWanda Wise‘s Giambattista Valli Spring 2022 Haute Couture look.
Mostly because it is refreshing to see a celebrity select something other than the floral or tulle gowns which the designer is famed for.
I’m sure some might have worn the white long sleeve turtleneck gown on it’s own, but I’m loving how the silver sequin trousers ensured a showstopping vibe that recalls iconic disco-era fashions from Studio 54.
Silver Casadei glitter platform sandals and silver hooped earrings provided the finishing touch.
Jeff Goldblum remains undefeated. I mean, who else can rock a striped shirt and contrasting print shirt with this much ease?
This Pamella Roland crystal embroidered draped georgette caftan gown from the Pre-Fall 2022 collection sees Bryce Dallas Howard return to a more familiar style.
