Effortlessly chic Linda Fargo, Bergdorf Goodman’s SVP of fashion and store presentation director, is listing her also-chic Sutton Place home.
The style icon’s co-op at 14 Sutton Place South is on the market for $1.29 million.
The 10th-floor residence comes with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and plenty of prewar details, all in a Rosario Candela-designed building that dates to 1929.

(She also calls Sutton Place the city’s best kept secret, adding that the unit would cost double if it were downtown.)
