Crochet was once popular in the ‘70s and I feel like it keeps popping up all over Instagram and TikTok, now Laura Dern has brought it to the red carpet.
Wearing a Gabriela Hearst Aidy cashmere crochet maxi dress from the Fall 2022 collection, I love how the designer has pulled inspiration and added a colourful and reimaged technique to the crochet aesthetic.
The yellow, orange, black and brown colour palette is giving ‘70s, but the style is so of the moment.
As you know I’m not usually the biggest fan of Laura’s style, but I’m loving everything about this dress
David Yurman jewels and a pair of heavy pumps that wouldn’t have been my first choice completed her look.
