I’m not sure how, but I missed Mélanie Laurent on the red carpet for the ‘White Noise’ Venice Film Festival premiere on Wednesday (September 1) in Italy.
My first thought when I saw the French actress in this Gucci gown was that this feels like a Florence Welch, Andrea Riseborough or Eve Green kinda gown.
I know I would’ve loved this gown on any of the aforementioned, but on Mélanie it’s not the powerful moment it could’ve been.
Perhaps the hairstyle is also turning me away from this look.
