Olivia Wilde’s film ‘Don’t Worry Darling’ has been the talk of today (September 5) during the 2022 Venice Film Festival, but we’re going to keep the focus purely on fashion.
Considering Olivia’s love for all things boho, I have to say I was really surprised by this Chanel Fall 2022 Haute Couture suit.
Mostly because it didn’t follow what I was expecting, and I never had her down as a Chanel type of woman.
Valentino. Yes. Saint Laurent. Yes. But Chanel never crossed my mind.
But as we all know very well, when a celebrity goes from actress to director, we get a style shift as seen with Greta Gerwig, Maggie Gyllenhaal and Rebecca Hall.
This green boucle Haute Couture suit is vibrant in colour with sartorial cuts that define this Parisian staple, giving me an early indication that this isn’t going to a black suit, after black suit type of promo tour for Olivia.
The only thing I would change here are the heavy boots.
