Virginie Efira made her expected appearance during the 2022 Venice Film Festival where the French actress was promoting her new film, ‘Les Enfants Des Autres’ on Sunday (September 4) in Italy.
Each festival she appears to stay true to one designer. Last year it was Dior, and this year she’s stayed true to all things Anthony Vaccarello for Saint Laurent.
She arrived for the festival in what she made her nautical look while stepping onto the at the Excelsior Pier.
Wearing a simple Saint Laurent black t-shirt and shorts, the chic YSL accessories, including the June box bag, the Cassandra sandals and Saint Laurent SL 424 shades, made this look.
For the photocall, you’ll either wish that she didn’t wear the shiny seamless foot leggings with this Saint Laurent draped dress, or glad she did consider where the drape opens the skirt.
I personally would’ve preferred this without the leggings to take out some of the winter vibes I’m getting from the look.

Speaking of winter, that was definitely the mood emanating from this burgundy Saint Laurent v-neck, long sleeved velvet dress. We have seen some velvet during this festival, but none which have felt as heavy as this.
The colour is gorgeous, as is she in this dress, but I’m not ready for this right now even as we are transitioning into the new season.
