Kerry Washington was very busy last week promoting her new film ‘The School for Good and Evil,’ and her new Hulu series, ‘Reasonable Doubt,’ in New York City by giving us three new looks.

I’m going to start with my favourite which is a Valentino purple mini dress accented with a feather hem which she wore on ‘The View.’

I love this dress it showcases the playful side to Kerry’s style that I’ve missed from her ‘Scandal’ promo tour days.

Dangling pearl earrings and a pair of classic white pumps enhanced the ‘60s vibe of the look.

For her departure, Kerry wore a Rokh Spring 2023 bustier and pleated, asymmetric skirt which I’m struggling to get behind.

While I’m glad that her version appears less waxy than the patent leather look which walked the runway, the fit of the bodice is so unflattering, and is frankly, criminal.

But to be honest. I’m not that surprised as this has been a very underwhelming promo tour for Kerry.

Things took a rapid upturn for her guest appearance on ‘The Late Show with Stephen Colbert,’ where she arrived at the Ed Sullivan theatre wearing a Balmain Fall 2022 look.

Some might point to the Balmain leather biker skinny trousers and say that they are too long, but you are always likely to get bunching in this style of trousers considering that this was made for a leggy model.

Kerry styled her look with a Themoirč Bios Shiny bag.

Which look was your favourite?
