Breakups are hard for everyone. According to a source that spoke with People, Olivia Wilde is having a “difficult time” following her split from Harry Styles.

Earlier in November, it was reported that Wilde and Styles were “taking a break” after dating for about two years. The pair met on the set of Don’t Worry Darling in October 2020 and were linked romantically by January 2021. “He’s still touring and is now going abroad. She is focusing on her kids and her work in LA. It’s a very amicable decision,” a source originally told People of the split. “They’re still very close friends.”

Another source added, “Right now, they have different priorities that are keeping them apart.”

Despite the “amicable” nature of the breakup, Wilde is reportedly “disappointed” that they couldn’t make things work. “The break has been difficult for Olivia,” a source recently told People. “They have had some issues, but Olivia thought they were gonna work through it all. She is disappointed. It’s just a tricky situation, though.”

Olivia Wilde was seen with Harry Styles as recently as November 15 when she brought her children to one of his concerts in Los Angeles. Wilde shares eight-year-old Otis and six-year-old Daisy with ex-fiancé Jason Sudeikis, whom she dated for 10 years before announcing their split in November 2020.

The 38-year-old director maintains that her split with Sudeikis had nothing to do with the 28-year-old pop star “The complete horseshit idea that I left Jason for Harry is completely inaccurate,” she told Vanity Fair in September. “Our relationship was over long before I met Harry.” Still, she was always wary to speak about her relationship with the “As It Was” singer. “I think once you crack open the window, you can’t then be mad when mosquitoes come in,” she told VF. “It’s like, ‘You opened the window.’”
