Taylor Swift was back on the red carpet for the 2022 MTV Europe Music Awards which was held at PSD Bank Dome on Sunday (November 13) in Düsseldorf, Germany, where she picked up four of the six gongs she was up for – best artist, best video, best pop and best longform video.

You guys know I love a theme, and Taylor’s – since her return – has been embellishments.  And plenty of them.

On this occasion it was a lot less disco ball in comparison to her 2022 MTV VMAs look, which a lot of you felt was a little dated.

Taylor’s custom David Koma look inspired by the Spring 2019 collection was anything but dated.

Most will take issue with the bodysuit, but for me, I’m focusing on the stand-out details which are the embellishments which make up the skirt.

Was this look too revealing?

For the MTV EMAs?  No.

The only issue I have with this, is that the styling feels a little bland.

Slick back hair, heavier eye makeup and switch the Giuseppe Zanotti Lilibeth peep-toes for a sassier strappy sandal, and this would’ve been perfect for me.

Djula earrings completed her look.
