When you’re Janelle Monae, you don’t need many red carpet looks to make an impact.
From the start in Toronto, she put her foot on the gas, and gave us nothing but 5th energy.
I personally loved all her looks.
I know there was a feeling that she dominated the red carpet when this was an ensemble cast, but I love that she was herself throughout, and that is larger-than-life.
I was surprised that a lot of you didn’t love her Elie Saab Haute Couture look in LA, as that was part of my final two.
Ultimately, I went with the Christian Siriano look from London.
Not only because it saw her step away from her favourite black and white colour palette, but I love how the hat intensified the drama.
