The terms have been settled. The documents have been signed. Kim Kardashian is officially divorced after two years of public battles—most of which she seems to have won. No wonder she’s feeling great about the finalized split.

Insider sources told People that Kardashian is “very relieved” that her ex-husband, Kanye West, has finally agreed to terms. “[Kim and Kanye] had several initial disagreements that they were now able to agree on. Kanye ended up agreeing to most of the things that he opposed in the past,” the source says. For instance, it looks like West will now be legally prohibited from posting complaints about where his kids go to school or Kardashian’s rules for North’s social media usage.

“They agreed that Kanye needs to speak to Kim in private about any complaints and not go public with them. She wants the kids to be protected,” the source said. “Kim hopes the co-parenting will be a bit easier from now on.” I think we all hope the co-parenting will be a bit easier from now on, to be honest. I write about celebrities for a living, and I genuinely do not want to read any more of Ye’s posts full stop.

Additionally, the agreement stipulates that any child-related disputes must be settled through mediation. If either parent refuses to participate, the other wins the dispute by default and gets to make the decision. There is one parent who has a history of bailing on legal obligations with regards to the divorce, and I bet you can guess which one. Per TMZ, Ye was a no-call, no-show at a scheduled deposition in November, which was then rescheduled for the 29th. If they hadn’t reached a settlement then, they would have gone to trial in December, which Kim Kardashian wanted to avoid.

Now we just have to see if Ye sticks to his word and keeps all of us out of their children’s lives. Fingers crossed.
