Priyanka Chopra is the latest to embrace the Barbiecore trend that’s sweeping Hollywood, likely in anticipation of director Greta Gerwig’s third feature film, Barbie, which hits theaters this July. (I’m not counting down the days or anything.) At Paris Fashion Week on Sunday, March 5, Chopra attended the Valentino fall/winter 2023 show and sat front-row alongside her husband, Nick Jonas.
Chopra, styled by Law Roach, wore hot pink Valentino from head to toe. Chopra’s ensemble included a loose-fitted silk tunic dress with long sleeves and a very deep V-neck. She wore pants, and her feet were covered in the same monogrammed fabric. The actor wore her hair sleek and curled at the ends, and went for a sultry makeup look with a smoky eye and a deep pink lipstick color. She wore minimal jewelry including hoop earrings and a bracelet, and accessorized with a matching hot pink handbag.
Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas, parents to daughter Malti, who turned one in January, were sort of matching for the event. While the Jonas Brother did not embrace the Barbiecore trend, he wore a gray suit of the same monogrammed pattern. He also opted for a V-neck.
