WHY WE LOVE YOUR SUPERFOODS
Whenever I ask a friend out for coffee, what I really mean is, “Would you like to go drink coffee while I cross my fingers that where we go will have matcha?”
After going caffeine-free a few years back, I slowly crept back on the morning buzz-bandwagon, first with green tea, then with matcha. Thankfully, a matcha latte offers a slow burn of sustained energy, not the on-edge energy of coffee. Also? Matcha leaves my stomach with zero rumbles like coffee did.
Thankfully, you can find matcha at more and more coffee shops, and from brands like Your Superfoods, whose mission of making healthy eating easier jives with my own, I want to eat clean but have zero time to shop, cook, or eat vibe.
