Ikram Abdi attended the ‘La Passion De Dodin Bouffant’ Cannes Film Festival premiere on Wednesday, joining fellow Somali model, Rawdah Mohamed.
I love how the Somalian models are bringing more creativity to the red carpet at Cannes, perhaps they will set a new standard.
Even with an intensely busy background you could not miss Ikram on this red carpet wearing a Harris Reed Fall 2023 rich black velvet gown interspersed with harlequin motifs which was accented with a theatricality, grandeur headpiece that almost takes a petal-like form.
I feel sorry for the people seated 10 rows behind Ikram in the theatre.
What an unforgettable entrance she made.
Bravo for doing something new.
