Thuso Mbedu made her debut at the Palais des Festivals, where she attended the premiere of ‘The Old Oak’ during the 2023 Cannes Film Festival in France on Friday evening.
The actress, who has been wearing mostly Louis Vuitton this year, wore a custom Louis Vuitton lamé fringe dress featuring an embroidered sequin top.
This feels like a typical Louis Vuitton custom look in that it marries directional cuts with a strong warrior-style femininity.
Louis Vuitton doesn’t often do princess style gowns, so this is as close as we’re going to get during this festival.
A bracelet and ring in gold, platinum, ruby and diamonds from the Louis Vuitton High Jewelry collection completed her look.
