The colour red is having a moment this week.
Yseult attended the ‘Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny’ Cannes Film Festival premiere this evening wearing an Alexander McQueen Fall 2019 dress that I never expected to see on the red carpet.
There is so much fabric, so the chances of it overwhelming the wearer was always going to be high, but Yseult has both the personality and the confidence to pull off this rose dress which features a dramatically, explosive skirt.
I can’t think of many others who could’ve navigated it with such a commanding presence.
The only thing not working for me here are Yseult’s Alexander McQueen Slash boots, as I much prefer the boots on the runway.
