It’s not a reach to say there are new and notable fashion drops every day. To help you keep tabs on the latest and greatest launches, we’ll be sharing the standout clothing and accessories that catch our eye each month. You saw it—and can shop it—here first.
The beach is calling
Summersalt recently debuted a sure-to-sell-out swimwear capsule with Diane von Furstenberg that’s as joyful to look at as it is to wear. The collaboration brings the iconic designer’s colorful prints to a handful of Summersalt’s best-selling styles—including the Sidestroke (a one-shoulder swimsuit with a cute pretied bow), the Perfect Wrap (truly the wrap dress in swimsuit form), and the Ruffle Backflip (a ruffled one-piece). Triangle bikini tops and high-waist bottoms (and baby and kids swimsuits!) also get the DVF treatment. Prices in the limited-edition collection range from $45 to $125—but everything’s 30% off right now with the code SALE30 for a cute pre–Fourth of July sale.
An ace shot
Dad hats, polo sweaters, pleated skirts—not only did Staud just ace the pickleball game with its own take on chic pickleball attire and paddles (aptly named Staud Court), but it also teamed up with Keds to introduce a matching sneaker, available in cream and black or cream and green. Your volleys never looked this good.
FP Movement (Free People’s activewear-minded in-house label) also wants to keep you on the court with its summer collection of high-performing skirts, skorts, and workout dresses.
It’s a Barbie world and we’re just living in it
The weather isn’t the only thing heating up right now—so are all the Barbie collabs in anticipation of the Barbie movie, which lands in theatres on July 21. Two of our favorites? Superga’s print sneakers (although unsurprisingly many sizes are already sold out) and Aldo’s (currently on preview mode until the official June 29 launch date).
Paris is always a good idea
You can always count on Rowing Blazers to drop a sell-out collab—and its latest is no exception. The Ivy-minded clothing brand teamed up with Babar and Café de Flore (perhaps Paris’s most famed and photographed café) on a collection of hoodies, tees, and caps that perfectly captures the spirit of sipping a café au lait outside on a little table in Saint-Germain. There’s also a chore jacket, skate deck, and tote bag.
Fun in the sun
It was only a matter of time before Hunza G. teamed up with Rosie Huntington-Whiteley—when the supermodel posted a selfie of herself in the brand’s swimsuit in 2019, it broke the internet and launched a wave of crinkly copycats. Earlier this month both Hunza G. and Rose Inc. (Huntington-Whiteley’s beauty brand) unveiled a nine-piece capsule of one-piece swimsuits and bikinis in blush and cream hues sold exclusively on Hunza G. and Net-a-Porter.
When it comes to sun protection, the conversation’s usually centered around sunscreen and its many SPF derivatives. UPF clothing? Not so much. Enter Claudent, an elevated yet functional line of sun-protective apparel founded by Mia Zee and Emma Gerber, who’ve worked in the fashion industry for a number of years. The brand launched this month with seven spring and summer styles—two long-sleeve tops, a shrug, tennis skirt, two-toned bodysuit, gloves, and bucket hat—that can be mixed and matched depending on your needs. The fabrics themselves are all verified by third-party labs to ensure they meet the American Association of Textile Chemists and Colorists high-quality standards for UPF rating.
Also in time to get you prepped for Fourth of July weekend, two of our most loved designer bag brands, Manu Atelier and Heimat Atlántica released two new styles ideal for all kinds of beach (and beach-adjacent) affairs. Manu Atelier’s Ilda shoulder bag is made of a yummy soft suede that’s sized just right for day or night; in addition to the tan, it comes in other colors, like a pretty pink, plus with hardware detailing; Heimat Atlántica’s striped straw bag is handmade in Spain with the prettiest shell embellishments—an ode to the marine world.
On the more luxe side of things, Miu Miu debuted a new top-handle bag—the Arcadie—that comes in soft and scrunched leather and is just about the cutest little thing we’ve seen in a while.
Swap out your walking sandals for a new pair from Melissa’s latest collab, this time around with Marc Jacobs who amps the ante on its jelly sandals with metallic logo platforms and chunky clogs.
New kicks on the block
The latest Wales Bonner x Adidas collab is here. We’re loving the vest in particular, though you can’t go wrong with any of the vibey retro sneakers (or these cute crochet socks).
Jacquemus and Nike also unveiled the J Force 1 on June 13—a reinterpretation of the iconic Air Force 1 featuring hand-stitched soles and silver Swooshes on the side. The colors are classic: black or white.
