Salma Hayek attended the ‘I Like to Watch LIVE with Trixie Mattel & Katya’ presenting ‘Black Mirror’ Season 6 episode ‘Joan is Awful,’ held at The Paris Theatre on Tuesday (June 13) in New York City.
When I’m observing a Salma Hayek look, I have to separate what I want to see her in versus what she is actually wearing, because expectations and reality are often far apart.
In this case I have to say I love her in this Mary Katrantzou V-neck dress from the Resort 2023 collection.
Embellished with glittering sequins for maximum party appeal, which was perfect for this fun event, I also love the modern application of the wave detail which reveals pops of flamingo pink sequins, which gave the actress plenty of opportunities to match in the footwear department.
So I was broken hearted by the fact that she opted to wear the pink version of those Piferi XXELLE platforms.
