Part of my daily routine is to scan the Instagram accounts of celebrity stylists, and I squealed with delight when I saw Selena Gomez on Erin Walsh’s feed.
With Margot Robbie switching to Andrew Mukamal and now Selena working with Erin Walsh, are our fashion prayers finally being answered?
The comments on Erin’s post read, “please treat Selena like you treat Anne Hathaway, we need to see Selena well dressed.”
Another said, “Please dress her like a queen not like a grandma (like Kate Young used to).”
I’m sure many of you share these sentiments because a Selena Gomez style upgrade has been well overdue. To the point where I had kinda given up hope, but it was renewed at this moment.
Their first look was a butterfly and polka dot Dua x Versace cropped wrap top and mini skirt from the Pre-Fall 2023 collection which took its cues from ’90s.
Hopefully there is a promo tour on the horizon, as this look has whet my appetite.
