Dua Lipa joined a host of celebrities on the red carpet for the ‘Barbie’ LA premiere on Sunday (July 9).
The British singer wore a custom Bottega Veneta crystal mesh slip dress with the label’s Rocket mules.
Figure-hugging and sheer, with the aim to create a sensual silhouette, I was left underwhelmed by this dress.
For a custom dress, it looks too tight on the chest which I didn’t feel was flattering.
We know the dress was sheer, so the white underwear just felt like an extra cry to be the centre of attention.
I love Dua, but this is inappropriate and tacky for the event. She should’ve saved this for an event where kids were not present.
There is a time and a place, and this wasn’t it.
