Selena Gomez is all dressed up with nowhere to go.
On August 4, the 31-year-old pop star shared a couple more late summer fits to inspire your fall transition wardrobe, starting by embracing the season’s next hottest color trend. When I say everyone is trading in their Barbie pinks for tomato red, I’m talking about fashion-forward celebrities like Jennifer Lopez, Dua Lipa, and Emily Ratajkowski. Most recently, Hailey Bieber rocked a red hot halter dress on a date night with Justin Bieber, who coordinated with his wife in a pair of crimson pants.
Though Gomez didn’t show the entire red ensemble, we definitely adored the look’s dainty bowed straps, which she emphasized with a black hair bow. However, the look must not have given what she wanted it to give because she quickly swapped it out for a blue and purple corset halter top with a sculptural plunging neckline. For the most part, Gomez kept her beauty look the same, though she added a more dramatic lip to go with her fluffy brows and shimmery taupe eye-shadow.

She paired her second top with a denim maxi skirt, white heels, and a sparkling yellow and red ombré purse. Though she initially changed into white statement earrings for her couch selfie, Gomez eventually went back to a pair of silver hoops for the final OOTD. Decisions are hard!

Though I’m sure Selena Gomez went somewhere in this fit, she ended up staying in for the night. Just one hour after sharing her final look on her story, she posted a video playing with that same hair bow in an oversized Britney Spears t-shirt. After being asked by someone off-camera if she was “going to go anywhere else tonight,” she responded, “I don’t think I’m going anywhere tonight.”
