I love how the designer placed all their emphasis on the feminine silhouette by way of a corseted bodice, dazzling sequins, and a deep plunging neckline.
This is a little black dress that’s big on elegant impact.
Equal parts sultry and glamorous, Rachel styled her look with a Swarovski necklace plus the Swarovski x SKIMS V cup chain worn under her dress.
Considering Rachel’s only major red carpet moment was at the 2023 Met Gala, I would say this is her best look of the year.
