The one thing I miss most about living in New York City is the coats—and Sandra Bullock just wore the one I’ll be thinking about all winter long. And yet, Bullock wore her fuzzy layers in Los Angeles, the same city in which I currently reside.
On November 1, The Daily Mail published photos of Bullock stepping out in LA wearing a casual athleisure ‘fit, complete with leggings, running sneakers, and a black ALO Yoga shearling jacket with an oversized collar. Mind you, the weather in LA reached a low of just 60 degrees and a high of 84. Suddenly, I’m feeling a lot more empowered to invest in some winter outerwear. Though I can’t pinpoint exactly which ALO Yoga jacket the actor has on, there is currently a range of options on the brand’s website ranging from $158 to $298.

Though Sandra Bullock styled her latest casual look with elegant gold jewelry, black sunglasses, and a fresh French manicure, her greatest accessory had to be her megawatt smile.
This outing marks one of the actor’s first public appearances since the death of her longtime partner, Bryan Randall, in August following the 57-year-old’s three-year battle with ALS. Though Bullock was uninterested in marriage following her divorce from Jesse James in 2010, she described Randall as the “love of my life” during a rare interview on Red Table Talk in November 2021.
“I am someone who went through the divorce process,” she said. “I found the love of my life. We share two beautiful children—three children, [including] his older daughter. It’s the best thing ever. I don’t wanna say do it like I do it, but I don’t need a paper to be a devoted partner and devoted mother.”
