Natalie Portman and Julianne Moore attended the screening of ‘May December’ held at The Curzon Bloomsbury on Wednesday (December 6) in London, where they both wore black.
Natalie Portman wore her second Schiaparelli look during this promo tour.
The first felt like a homage to her film, ‘Black Swan’ whereas this suit for the Fall 2023 collection, blends elegance and art.
The tuxedo jacket, made almost sculptural with curved padded shoulders and a cinched waist, features the surrealist ‘bijoux’ buttons which is the first tell of a Schiaparelli creation.
Some might disagree, but I don’t feel that this look needed a blouse, as the suit looks both modern and sexy without it.
To add anything would have been almost sacrilegious.
I would say that it looks like Natalie needed to style this with some ‘Tan-Go’ platforms, as the trousers appear a tad too long.

We have seen a lot of outwear on the red carpet, and they don’t come more chicer than this leather coat from Khaite.
Julianne Moore’s look might not have the same level of intrigue as Natalie’s look, but I love this for marrying the perfect blend of 10% edgy and 90% sophistication for the actress.
