Zawe Ashton attended the 2023 British Independent Film Awards held at the Old Billingsgate on Sunday (December 3) in London.
Between the shimmering lamé fabric and the ruffled trims, I’m sure you don’t need me to tell you that the British actress is wearing The Vampire’s Wife.
The Sky Rocket ruffled lamé gown is very much a tried-and-true style from the London-based label, so I’m happy that Zawe added The Sky Rocket ruffled-trim lamé cape.
This piece brings the drama which felt apt for an awards ceremony, plus it helps set this look apart from the other looks we’ve seen from The Vampire’s Wife.
Some might believe that the cape was a little too extra, but had she not worn it, we would have only said, “why didn’t she wear the cape?”
