Between Demi Moore’s pristine white leather boots, pin-straight long hair, chic leather skirt, and tiny long-haired chihuahua in her hand, on January 31 the actor officially became the main character of my 2024 vision board.
Moore, 61, who has been out and about promoting FX’s Feud: Capote vs. The Swans, was photographed in Manhattan Wednesday wearing a black button-down tucked into a black leather midi-skirt, a camel blazer, and stark white pointy-toe boots. In her hand, for some reason, she carried her tiny brown and white chihuahua named Pilaf, whom you may recognize as the star of the actor’s Instagram.
This is hardly the first time Demi Moore has carried the pup around like a living fashion accessory. She has taken Pilaf to Good Morning America. She’s taken him to Saturday Night Live. Pilaf comes to photo shoots with Donatella Versace. He accompanies Moore to her nail appointments.
It’s a fitting look for the series Moore’s currently promoting: Ryan Murphy‘s Feud: Capote vs. the Swans, which airs Wednesday, January 31, on FX, delves deep into the high-society scandal that emerged when writer Truman Capote betrayed his inner circle of Manhattan socialite friends—also known as “the swans”—with a tell-all story published in 1975. Moore plays disgraced Upper East Side socialite Anne Woodward, alongside fellow icons Molly Ringwald, Calista Flockhart, Naomi Watts, and Chloë Sevigny.
