Teyana Taylor received the Breakthrough Performance Award for ‘A Thousand and One’ at the 2024 National Board of Review Gala in New York City last night.
Recently I was saying that Teyana’s looks were starting to roll into one, but she ditched her favoured black dresses and face jewelry for a completely different look, which included a new flame red pixie haircut.
On this evidence, the singer needs to inject the colour blue into her closet, because she looked electrifying in this Christopher John Rogers Resort 2024 gown.
The last time she wore a look from this designer, you called it “Hefty bag Couture,” but this look leans toward a more glamorous direction.
You might be looking at the fit of the gown saying, “how can she walk in this?”
But lest you forget, this is the same woman who hopped up the Met Gala stairs in her Thom Browne look, so this was a walk in the park for Teyana.
A pair of gilded brass, crystal rhinestone-encrusted Schiaparelli earrings representing an Eye and Nose brought a signature edge to Teyana’s Hollywood glam moment.
