Here are a few of the looks which we saw at the Super Bowl LVIII on Sunday.
Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande made a virtual guest appearance at the event where they premiered the first trailer of their highly anticipated film (and promo tour), ‘Wicked.’
Cynthia Erivo was dressed in a custom green Louis Vuitton Elphaba embroidered jersey, and Ariana Grande wore a princess pink version with Glinda on the back styled with Simon G earrings.
I understood why they wore LV considering this was the LVIII final.
But I didn’t quite understand the number 27, considering half of 58 is 29.
Then I realised that 27 marks the November 27 release date of the film.
Beyonce is very much in her country era. We got a preview at the Grammys, and it was even more apparent when attending the Super Bowl wearing this custom Dolce & Gabbana V-neck mini.
What’s country about this?
I didn’t paint a good enough picture, as the cowboy hat and bolo tie sold the countrycore look.
She completed her look with thigh-high black leather boots and a pair of her signature sunglasses.
I don’t think we are ready for Beyonce’s Act II country album.
All the pictures of Taylor Swift and Blake Lively were quite animated – as you can imagine or saw – the only thing I was surprised about is that Taylor didn’t wear red.
A black Dion Lee corset top and Area’s embellished jeans was her head WAG look.
While Blake Lively went in Kansas City Chiefs red wearing a retro inspired adidas x Balenciaga track jacket and matching pants styled with a white Aritzia Babaton sculpt knit top.
Alicia Keys joined Usher for the Super Bowl LVIII Halftime Show with a performance of ‘If I Ain’t Got You / My Boo’ wearing a custom Dolce & Gabbana red catsuit and organza cape covered in paillettes and Swarovski crystals.
I preferred the look without the cape. The cape was a lot, so I’m glad she only kept it on for her piano performance.
Hailey Bieber’s red carpet style is very minimal, but she opted to give the mob wives aesthetic a try wearing this Saint Laurent leopard print faux-fur jacket.
Justin Bieber wore a Marine Serre camel shirt in iconic moon print from the Fall 2024 menswear collection.
Pre-game Andra Day sang the hymn ‘Lift Every Voice and Sing’ wearing a Fear of God suit with Sister Love hoop earrings and Jenny Bird Viviana rings.
