On the heels of her bombshell pregnancy reveal, Sofia Richie Grainge is already diving headfirst into maternity style.
Upon revealing her pregnancy to Vogue last week, Richie Grainge revealed that she was looking forward to swapping her oversized trench coats for something a little more bump-forward. “I’m about to have some fun with it now that I can spread my wings and fly,” she said. Last night proved the perfect opportunity. The mom-to-be walked her first red carpet at the Warner Music Group’s Pre-Grammys party, belly on display.
Richie Grainge riffed on traditional suiting in a black off-the-shoulder jacket, left unbuttoned at the bottom to allow her stomach to ever so slightly peek out. She paired it with sleek black trousers, cropped at the ankle, and black pointy-toe slingback heels. Tapping into the “rich mom” vibe, she accessorized with oversized black enamel earrings, a stack of gold and diamond bracelets, and—the pièce de résistance—a black Hermès Kelly Cut bag.

She was joined by her husband, music executive Elliot Grainge, who was dressed the part of “cool dad.” He, like his wife, opted to play around with a classic black suit, wearing a gray mock-neck underneath his blazer, and added a pair of white sneakers and orange-lensed glasses.
While this was indeed Sofia Richie Grainge’s first formal outing since revealing her pregnancy, we’re looking forward to seeing her maternity style tilt full glam. Perhaps this is just a precursor for Sunday’s Grammy Awards. We’ll be waiting with bated breath!
