SZA Wore Do Long & Marni To The 2024 Grammy Awards

On the night of the 2024 Grammy Awards, SZA was awarded Best R&B Song for ‘Snooze’, Best Urban Contemporary Album for ‘SOS,’ and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for ‘Ghost in the Machine.’

The Grammy-winner started off the night wearing a Do Long dress which should be instantly recognisable to you on account of the design inspired by Venus de Milo statue, which we recently saw on Emma Brooks Mcallister at the 75th Primetime Emmy Awards.

SZA’s dress is even more decorative, with the ruched skirt making her version even more alluring which made it the perfect option for Grammy night.

SZA’s second dress of the night was a custom Marni gown designed by Creative Director Francesco Risso.

The voluminous hourglass-shaped gown, with a pleated skirt was entirely made of silk faille and hand-painted in lacquered peach and cherry hues, is slightly reminiscent of a mid-century ball gown.

I love how the imposing bow enhances the silhouette of this magnificent one-of-a-kind creation.

It’s a shame that there aren’t enough photos of her in this gown, as it’s so unique.
