Victoria Beckham Celebrates Breitling Collaboration with Katie Holmes

In New York City, an intimate celebration was held to celebrate Victoria Beckham and Breitling CEO Georges Kern unveil the much-anticipated limited-edition Chronomat 36 Victoria Beckham collection.

The dinner was held at Indochine Restaurant in NoHo, a suitably stylish locale for the occasion. Since opening in 1984, the iconic, 28-table hot spot has hosted a who’s-who of the city’s cultural icons.

The launch brought together a select list of VIPs, including the collection’s campaign star Annemary Aderibigbe, and models including Frida Aasen, Lara Worthington, and Helena Christensen.

Victoria’s BFF Katie Holmes and Breitling ambassador, American Ballet Theatre principal dancer Misty Copeland were also in attendance.

My honest answer is, “I don’t have a clue,” and I am confused by it all.

Guessing, I would say that she is wearing a cut-out dress to which she has potentially added a ruffled white skirt and cropped jacket to dial down the risqué nature of it all.

Victoria Beckham stays firmly in her suits era, wearing her own tailored look which the designer stated was from an upcoming collection.

Helena Christensen was glowing in an ice-white Victoria Beckham gathered sleeve dress which would have benefitted from better styling.

The sarong-style skirt might be taking you back to that now infamous Alaïa look worn by Dominique Fishback and Bryce Dallas Howard, but Misty Copeland’s polo neck gathered dress is actually from Victoria Beckham’s collection, which present the label’s refined aesthetic.
