You all enjoyed Sandra Hüller pivot from Louis Vuitton to Schiaparelli Haute Couture for the 2024 Oscars, but it was a two-for-one-night deal, as the German actress also wore the label for the 2024 Vanity Fair Oscar Party.
If you have been wondering who – aside from Tilda Swinton – was going to attempt to wear those runway looks with the extreme plastron vertiginous necklines, the answer lies somewhere in the middle as Sandra’s dress was modified and reduced in both size and severity from the Spring 2024 runway, along with a more streamlined silhouette in keeping with her previous look.
It’s not often that we get a double win from a nominee, as they can often “play it safe” for the main event, and get more creative for the after party, but you will be delighted to see that Sandra kept the same energy.
What an amazing awards season she has had.
