Tracee Ellis Ross’ attendance at the 2024 Billboard Women In Music event on Wednesday might be giving you a case of “be careful what you wish for.”
I finally got to a place where I was embracing Tracee’s minimalist side, and the freshness it was bringing to her style.
For this event, the actress reverted to her exploratory side, wearing a draped colour-block Loewe dress.
I can’t say that I love the look, but I feel like it could have been improved with better styling.
That middle section where the taupe meets blue is crying out for concealment. Perhaps a sash or metal belt would have helped.
I know that Loewe love their Toy pumps, but I don’t feel like they were the right choice for this dress from the front, but from the side, they present a different story.
I also struggled to get on board with the makeup, and I strongly believe a look like this didn’t need the chunky jewels.
