Because Calvin Harris’s wife, Vick Hope, admits she’s a closet Swiftie, even though her husband and Swift dated for a year and a half. She just waits for Harris to be out of the house before she pops in her favorite era.

“As soon as my husband goes away, I listen to Taylor Swift,” Hope said on her BBC Radio 1 show, Going Home with Vick, Katie and Jamie. “That’s just when I get my little fill—just a little fill. Just a couple of songs, get it out of my system and then it’s done.”
Swift and Harris dated for a little less than a year and a half in 2015 and 2016, before going through a particularly messy and public breakup that involved a Twitter rant from Harris and a possible music video dig from Swift. So, one can understand why Hope would want to be sensitive, even if it has been nearly a decade since the split.
Calvin Harris’s relationship with Hope has been considerably more private than was possible when he was with Swift. The two quietly got married in September of 2023, according to People, with Hope telling Hello! Magazine at the time, “You know what, I was very overwhelmed by the interest in it, but I’m keeping my private life private.”
