Lucy Boynton attended the Los Angeles premiere of ‘The Greatest Hits’ held at The Egyptian Theatre Hollywood on Monday.
As you all know I am a big fan of the British actress’ style, but I’m kinda struggling with this look from the Chanel Spring 2024 Haute Couture collection.
I adore the organza jacket with the multi-coloured tulle flowers which is giving me a Brit Pop, ‘60s, flower power feel which is on brand for this film, and Lucy’s style personality.
However, everything from the waist down is a hard sell.
I know that I was waxing lyrical when Kristen Stewart rocked the illusion tulle layer skirt and white lycra tights during the Berlin Film Festival, but that was a much simpler design, and a single colour.
Perhaps had the shoes not been black, and in a colour more complementary to the jacket, I would have been on board with this.
Chanel Coco Crush rings and Bouton de Camelia earrings completed her look.
Kudos to Lucy for taking on the full runway look, but did the Chanel ambassador sell this to you?
Jo Baker created her usual magic when it came to Lucy’s makeup.
