The actress wore a Raisa Vanessa Fall 2024 black velvet strapless dress featuring a handmade gold bow accented with flowers which created a look that’s at once feels both classic and contemporary.
A dress like this can be quite challenging (pardon the pun) because the dilemma would be, where do you place your hands?
One or both on the waist above the bow? Or both behind the bow and out of sight?
There were many ways that Storm posed in this dress on the red carpet, and I strongly believe that both her hands behind the bow showcases the silhouette perfectly.
