It was made iconic by Victoria Beckham who wore it during the Swarovski Fashion Rocks for the Prince’s Trust event in Monaco back in 2005.

Nicky Hilton Rothschild was also giving me déjà vu, because she wore the Self-Portrait dress we have seen on Scarlett Johansson.
Both are very feminine, but I am not surprised that Nicky opted for the uber girly baby blue version.
