Zoe Saldana Wore Saint Laurent To The 'Emilia Perez' Cannes Film Festival Premiere

Zoe Saldana returned to Cannes Film Festival red carpet for the first time since 2014 to promote her new film ‘Emilia Perez.’

Much like Eva Green, we have another look which has been inspired by the archives, as Anthony Vaccarello looked to the Yves Saint Laurent Spring 1986 Haute Couture collection to create this black crepe column gown accented with silk taffeta overskirt and bows.

Pat Cleveland wore the original gown in black, acid green and hot pink which was typically audacious for the time.

I love how Zoe’s gown paid homage to the timeless elegance and bold design of Yves Saint Laurent, but I find myself drawn to the original.

I prefer the colours, and the smaller size of the bows on the original.

Do you feel the same?

Boucheron jewels completed her look.
