Catherine O’Hara attended the ‘Beetlejuice Beetlejuice’ London premiere, joining her co-stars Winona Ryder, Monica Bellucci and Jenna Ortega.
Given her quirky fashion sense and love for colour, I expected Catherine to break the trend of wearing all black for this press tour. However, each outing she has embraced the tour’s most popular hue with a refreshing twist while adding much-needed variety.
Catherine’s choice of a Simone Rocha Fall 2024 coat was a standout as it was far from the typical black attire that one might expect for such a gothic-themed premiere.
The coat was fun and playful, with its voluminous shape and exaggerated details, but what truly elevated the look was the visible tulle skirt peeking out from beneath the coat. This whimsical addition brought a sense of lightness and movement to her ensemble, perfectly balancing the dark colour with an airier feel.
Her footwear choice was equally fun. The pearl-accented Betsey Johnson sandals added a touch of elegance while enhancing sparkle to her outfit.
Overall, Catherine O’Hara’s look was a breath of fresh air. She showed that even within the confines of an all-black dress code, there is still room for creativity, fun, and a bit of playful irreverence.
