Here is a look at the stylist gents who joined Daisy Edgar-Jones on the red carpet for the ‘On Swift Horses’ Toronto Film Festival premiere this week.
Bottega Veneta ambassador Jacob Elordi made an appearance in a custom suit paired with a crisp white shirt and rugged Bottega Veneta Achille biker boots. The deep, autumnal green of the suit was a perfect seasonal choice, adding warmth to his ensemble. However, the trouser length felt surprising for a custom fit. Despite this, the look struck a great balance between classic and modern tailoring.
A bomber jacket worn over a suit doesn’t sound like it would make for a great red carpet look, I would have struggled to understand the vision. But after seeing Will Poulter in this Dior Men’s Fall 2024 burgundy ensemble, I’m completely sold. The combination feels unexpectedly fresh, seamlessly blending the casual edge of the bomber with the tailored sophistication of the suit. From head to toe, this look works perfectly.
If you had told me a year ago that I would be loving the white socks and Gucci shoe combo, I would have thought you were crazy. But after Kingsley Ben-Adir’s ‘Bob Marley: One Love’ press tour, I’ve been completely charmed by the look. Diego Calva, however, deserves credit for taking this style and making it his own. With his undeniable swag and strong relationship with Gucci, he pulled off the combo seamlessly. His slim-fit navy suit, featuring a contrasting camel stripe on the lapel, perfectly complemented by a matching shirt, was a standout. It’s a bold yet refined choice that truly worked.
