Nikki Amuka-Bird joined her co-star Cate Blanchett on the red carpet for the ‘Rumours’ screening at the London Film Festival on Sunday, delivering a bold look that defied the autumn chill.
While most of us are embracing cosy layers and autumnal hues, Nikki opted for a touch of summer in October, wearing a leather bralet and matching pencil skirt from Huishan Zhang’s Resort 2025 collection. The outfit, adorned with whimsical star-shaped embellishments, added a glamorous edge to her look.
The lilac hue was stunning against her skin tone, but with London’s brisk weather in mind, it’s hard not to wish she had completed the outfit with the cropped jacket shown in the lookbook. The jacket would have provided a more seasonally appropriate and practical layer without taking away from the chic aesthetic.
Still, Nikki’s confident, warm-weather-inspired choice brought a refreshing burst of brightness to the red carpet, showcasing her bold fashion sense.
