Rosy McEwen made a strong style statement at the 'Harvest' London Film Festival Presentation

Rosy McEwen attended the special presentation of her film ‘Harvest’ at The Royal Festival Hall during the London Film Festival on Saturday.

With a film title like ‘Harvest’, it was rather fitting that the actress chose to wear trousers from Loewe’s Fall 2024 collection, featuring prints of radishes and sweet potatoes.

If this quirky print feels familiar, it’s because we’ve seen it before. Emily Blunt donned the same print earlier this year, and while it divided opinions, Greta Gerwig managed to sway a few of you with her version during the Cannes Film Festival in June. Now, with Rosy’s take, we’re seeing a fresh perspective on the vegetable-inspired design.

What sets Rosy’s look apart is how these exaggerated, almost MC Hammer-style pants seem more like a maxi skirt, bringing an unexpected elegance to the playful print. Additionally, the more fitted, tailored cut of the tailcoat helped balance the ensemble, adding a layer of sophistication that made the outfit feel more cohesive and polished.

This second outing of Loewe’s bold design feels like a success, as Rosy’s version highlights the versatility of the print and reimagines it in a way that feels chic. For a film called ‘Harvest’, her outfit choice was a clever nod to the theme, and while this look won’t sway everyone, it’s a creative and bold choice that definitely made a memorable impact on the red carpet, especially considering the first outing was a BTS look.
