Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu’s triple triumph at Marrakech Film Festival

‘Emily in Paris’ actress Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu delivered not one, but three head-turning looks during the 2024 Marrakech International Film Festival this weekend. True to her roots, each ensemble championed French fashion, proving that elegance and versatility go hand-in hand.

Opening Ceremony

Philippine started strong with a custom emerald green Rochas asymmetric dress, accented by a navy-blue sash cascading into a train. This look felt like the perfect blend of modernity and timelessness. The rich fabric and sharp cut made it contemporary, while her effortless poise gave it a classic edge. It’s the kind of look that works equally well on-screen as it does on the red carpet, making it a seamless extension of her style DNA.

Tribute to Sean Penn

For the Tribute to Sean Penn, Philippine embraced the winter spirit with a green and gold off-the-shoulder Saint Laurent dress crafted from flocked silk velvet. The texture and tones were seasonal perfection, but what truly elevated this look were her electric blue Saint Laurent Opyum sandals. Unexpected? Yes. Effective? Absolutely. The pop of colour added a playful yet sophisticated twist.

Day Three

Closing out her fashion trifecta, Philippine opted for a burgundy Saint Laurent jumpsuit. The matching Charniere buckle belt defined the waist and added a touch of refinement, while her effortless demeanour did the rest. Paired with Saint Laurent Corinne sandals, this was a lesson in how to make a jumpsuit glamorous.

Three events, three looks, three wins. Philippine brought her French flair to Marrakech with a masterclass in understated glamour and impeccable styling.
