From Berlin to London and now South Korea, Naomi Ackie has been on a whirlwind tour promoting Mickey 17. On Thursday, she attended a press conference at COEX Megabox in Seoul, but this time, she was flying solo—Robert Pattinson, who joined the first press conference a month ago, was notably absent.
Now, let’s talk about this McQueen Resort 2025 black and red striped suit. I have a feeling opinions are going to be split on this one because, honestly, it took a while to win me over.
At first glance, the oversized silhouette felt a little too overwhelming, even with the current trend favouring exaggerated proportions. But then, as I looked through more pictures, I started to appreciate it more—not necessarily because of the suit itself, but because Naomi sells it with her undeniable confidence and presence.
That being said, the suit is just fine—and by McQueen’s usual impeccable tailoring standards, I was hoping for more. The bold stripes have impact, but the execution feels like it could have been sharper. If she had the chance to rewear this look, I’d love to see her try a slimmer-fit trouser to balance out the oversized blazer.
