And just when we thought we had hit peak collaboration, Jack Harlow and Doja Cat release their saucy, “Just Us” music video, all while Disney’s Snow White glistened onto screens. From confessions over fried chicken to chart-topping anthems, we’re here to cover the rest, read on to catch up.
A Date with a Diva and Dimoldenberg
This weekend, the internet’s favourite awkward girl, Amelia Dimoldenberg, and Model of the Year, Alex Consani, sat down for a Chicken Shop Date. Consani, the girl who social anxiety fears, dove into a feast of fried chicken and unfiltered conversation. “My favourite thing to do is not bring my wallet – that always makes it awkward,” she says, amidst the crispy fries. Should we expect less from this diva? With 2025 potentially marking her year of singlehood, this date was a saucy preview of Consani’s candid charm, perfectly framed by Dimoldenberg’s signature blend of wit and wonder.
“I Said I Love You First” – Is It Giving Selena Summer?

Ok pop pilgrims, Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco have just dropped a sonic love bomb, a 14-track explosion of unfiltered feels titled “I Said I Love You First”. It’s a full-blown declaration of Gomez and Blanco’s romance, complete with all the adorable, slightly awkward, and undeniably genuine moments. The track inspired by their first date, “Sunset Blvd”, is a literal drive down memory lane, captured for our viewing pleasure. But don’t think this is just a sugary serenade. They’ve enlisted pop royalty, from Gracie Abram’s heart-wrenching vocals to the Latin fire of J Balvin, BRAT’s Charli XCX songwriting and even a surprise GloRilla cameo. And for Selena’s return to her pop princess throne, a comeback we’ve craved, we owe Benny a resounding “thank you!” So, crank up the volume, and prepare to be swept away by a love story told in 14 perfect anthems.
A Dua Duet With Troye Sivan at Melbourne Concert

Dua Lipa just flipped the down under upside down, by summoning Troye Sivan onto her Radical Optimism tour stage in Melbourne. In continuation of covering Aussie greats like AC/DC and Kylie Minogue during this leg of her tour, the “Houdini” singer brought out none other than Troye Sivan on Saturday night. This surprise entrance, a “Rush” so electric, the arena vibrated. The crowd went wild, belting lyrics and later witnessing an unreleased remix of the song. Radiating pure joy on stage, Dua and Troye became a pop duo we didn’t know we needed.
“Just Us” – Kitchen Rendezvous’ and Star Cameos
Jack Harlow and Doja Cat have teamed up for a new hit, and we’re so here for it. Aptly named “Just Us”, the seductive collab accompanies a steamy star-studded music video. Held at the restaurant Horses in Los Angeles, Harlow and Doja (in that fab archival Roberto Cavalli number) are surrounded by a constellation of cameos – Matt Damon, Pink Pantheress, Malcom Todd, John Mayor, and more. Their flirty chemistry takes over, as they eye each other over the dinner tables and find themselves culminating in the kitchen alone together. And let’s not forget the backstory: Harlow’s long-held crush on Miss Cat, confessed during an Instagram livestream in 2020, now manifested in this intoxicating collaboration. We feel you, Jack!
I Think the Apples Rotten Right to The Core – Snow White 2025

The curtain rose on Disney’s highly anticipated live action Snow White this weekend, bringing Rachel Zegler and Gal Gadot back onto the silver screen. A reimagined version of the 1937 picture, Zegler’s Snow White brings a fresh, modern sparkle, while Gadot’s evil queen? Iconic. This film delivers a delightful duet of old and new, weaving the fairytale song classics and Pasek and Paul’s musical magic, s symphony fit for a queen (or a princess). Expect a cinematic experience with out of this world pipes from Zeglar, a dash of fairytale rebellion, and in the words of Charli XCX, “the apple’s rotten right to the core”.
