I feel so emotional seeing Selena Gomez go two for two on Oscar night. The balance we’ve all been hoping for—where she exudes pure glamour without leaning too mature—has finally been achieved. And honestly? I can’t even pick a favourite between her Oscars gown and this custom Armani Privé midnight blue sequin strapless column dress. The deep, rich hue, the sleek silhouette, and the effortless sophistication all add up to one of her best-ever moments. She truly saved her best for last. An indie girl steps into high glamour
I was just as excited to see Úrsula Corberó in Armani Privé. She’s long been associated with Bottega Veneta and Loewe, but this high-glam moment was a stunning departure. Her seafoam green tulle gown, with its sensual asymmetrical plunging neckline, sparkled with light blue and silver sequins and crystals—shimmering even more under the Vanity Fair lights. And can we talk about that dark lip? It sealed the deal, adding just the right amount of drama.

Sofia Richie kept it sleek and sophisticated, letting her Armani Privé black strapless tunic and skirt—both adorned with layers of silk tulle entirely embroidered in black sequins—do all the talking. The simplicity of the silhouette, paired with the intricate detailing, made for an understated yet undeniably chic moment.
