Victoria Beckham has appointed Sybille Darricarrère Lunel as its new chief executive, effective July 1, 2025. She will be based in the brand’s London headquarters, succeeding Ralph Toledano, who has been serving as acting CEO.
Darricarrère Lunel joins from Christian Dior Couture, where she was business unit director of leather goods, overseeing the category’s global product assortment. She previously held leadership roles at Galeries Lafayette and The Kooples.“
I’m excited to have Sybille joining the company as CEO,” said founder and creative director Victoria Beckham. “I look forward to having a strong, creative, smart woman with an entrepreneurial mindset and energy by my side to take us to the next level.”
The appointment comes as Victoria Beckham brand continues efforts to strengthen its business. In recent years, the brand has streamlined operations, introduced new product categories, and refined its pricing strategy to balance its high-end positioning with broader commercial appeal. “I have always admired the brand’s feminine, elegant, and modern style, which empowers women,” said Darricarrère Lunel.
“With Sybille, and her natural entrepreneurial energy, that moment is now,” said David Belhassen, founder & managing partner of NEO Investment Partners, which holds a majority stake in the business. “She is the perfect partner to write the next chapter for Victoria Beckham—one of ambition, creativity, and high profitable growth.”
